Nicole Palmer D.C.

Dr. Nicole Palmer now over 5 years into her Florida journey, Dr. Nicole Palmer comes from St. Louis, Missouri originally. There she attended Chiropractic college at Logan University, after her undergrad education at Southern Illinois University.

People of every age need Chiropractic care, and Dr. Palmer enjoys working with people of all ages, from babies to the elderly. Dr. Palmer also performs a variety of techniques to provide a tailored approach to each patient and their needs. Weight loss is another passion for Dr. Palmer, having struggled with her own weight. Now having coached with Chiro Thin Doctor Supervised weight loss program for twelve years, Dr. Palmer has helped people lose thousands of pounds of unwanted body fat. Dr. Palmer and her family enjoy doing the things people come to Florida for every weekend! They also enjoy travelling west for hiking and backpacking trips.

Dr. Palmer started running just two years ago and completed her first (and last!) marathon In January 2025.

Hi, I’m Duy Vu, a Licensed Massage Therapist in Florida. My journey as a massage therapist officially began in April 2024, but the inspiration has been with me for as long as I can remember. I grew up watching my father, a dedicated physical therapist with over 30 years of experience, help people move better, recover faster, and live without pain not through medication, but through the power of compassionate, hands on care.

That early experience shaped my belief in a natural, thoughtful approach to healing one that treats every person with care, patience, and respect for their body’s unique needs. Today, I bring that same philosophy into every session. Whether I’m helping someone recover from a tough workout, release built-up stress, or simply enjoy a moment of deep relaxation, my focus is always on providing attentive, precise, and restorative care

Anita Gray, LMT, CMLDT, MFP & Stretch Therapist has been a licensed Massage Therapist for over 19 years. She specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports modalities as well as Pre and Post Pregnancy. She also specializes in Oncology/Lymphatic, Myofascial Release, Medical Massage (for chronic and acute pain and disorders, workers comp and auto injury), Body Contouring and Neuromuscular.

She is committed to customizing each client/patients' therapeutic massage treatment to improve chronic and acute needs as well as to improve their overall physical and mental well-being. She believes in meeting each person's massage therapy goals to benefit their healthy lifestyle while helping them lead a pain-free life.

Her passion and love for helping others is what motivated her to become a Massage Therapist.

Lastly, after carefully assessing each person's needs Anita curates a customized plan that targets their specific musculoskeletal issues and disorders. She believes that when the body is functioning at its best, this sets the tone for excellent holistic health.

Jonathan Torres Pabon F.N.P.

Jonathan Torres Pabon is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with over 10 years of experience in the healthcare field. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Inter American University in 2012 and his Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from South University in 2014. He is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Jonathan Torres Pabon is passionate about providing comprehensive and compassionate care to his patients. He believes that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare, regardless of their background or ability to pay. He is committed to working with his patients to develop individualized treatment plans that meet their unique needs.

Jonathan Torres Pabon is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN), and the Florida Nurses Association (FNA). He is also a certified clinical instructor and has taught undergraduate and graduate nursing courses at South University.
